CBM ELV valves are available with 230V AC coils as standard for the ELV45–ELV50 range (SKU ELV80516). Coil assemblies are field-replaceable and rated for continuous duty in burner control circuits. Confirm coil voltage and valve model compatibility before ordering; alternative voltages may be available by application request.

CBM ELC electrodes are supplied in NPT 1/4" bore with lengths typically 200 mm (SKU ELC08023). Thread type, bore diameter, and electrode length must be verified against your boiler or burner manufacturer's specifications, as electrode positioning directly affects flame detection accuracy and ignition timing.

CBM FLU nozzles use industry-standard atomizer type designations (e.g., 24-P-10, SKU FLU32004). The type number encodes spray angle, flow rate in gallons per hour (GPH), and fuel viscosity class. Verify nozzle type against your burner's rated capacity and fuel specification to ensure proper combustion efficiency and flame shape.

The CBM DET chlorine test kit (SKU DET20056) measures both free and combined chlorine levels in boiler feedwater and circulating water. Chemical reagent packets are used to produce a color-change reaction that is compared against a reference scale. Regular water testing helps maintain corrosion control and treatment dosing in closed-loop systems.

CBM ACC type D couplings (SKU ACC05022) are rigid, non-flexible designs for direct shaft-to-shaft connection. Installation requires precise bore sizing and keyway fit. Lubrication is not required for the coupling itself, but shaft surfaces should be clean and dry. Verify bore and key dimensions against motor and pump shafts before assembly.

CBM RAC 90° fittings in 1" size (SKU RAC52144) are designed for tight-radius piping runs in boiler and heating circuits. Confirm the material (brass or steel) and rated working pressure against your system design. Operating temperature limits depend on the fluid and fitting material; check the component datasheet or contact us for your specific application.
