Return & Refund Policy
3G Electric (S) Pte. Ltd. is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our industrial equipment. This policy applies to all industrial burners, pumps, assemblies, controls, spare parts and related equipment supplied by 3G Electric.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Dead on arrival (DOA): Products that are defective upon delivery. Must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- Wrong item shipped: If the product received does not match your order. Must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Transit damage: Visible damage caused during shipping. Must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. Original packaging must be preserved.
- Warranty defect: Products found to have manufacturing defects within the warranty period (see Warranty Policy below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Consumables and wear items (nozzles, filters, seals, gaskets) — unless dead on arrival with manufacturing defect proven before use
- Products damaged by improper installation, misuse, overloading, dry running, contamination, wrong voltage, or operation outside specification
- Products modified, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorised persons
- Custom or special-order items manufactured to customer specifications
- Products without proof of purchase from 3G Electric
3. Return Process
- Contact us at info@3g-electric.com.sg or through your sales contact with: invoice/delivery reference, product model, serial number, description of fault, and photos.
- Obtain return authorisation — do not return any product without written return authorisation from 3G Electric.
- Ship the product securely packed to the address provided in the return authorisation.
- Inspection — 3G Electric will inspect the returned product within 5 business days of receipt.
4. Refund & Remedy Options
For approved returns, 3G Electric may at our option:
- Repair the product or the defective component
- Replace the product with the same or equivalent item
- Issue a credit note applicable to future purchases
- Process a refund to the original payment method (within 10 business days)
Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the affected product. 3G Electric is not liable for indirect losses including downtime, loss of production, loss of profit, or third-party charges.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Warranty Policy
3G Electric warrants that products supplied by us will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use during the applicable warranty period.
Warranty Periods

Manufacturer Warranty
Products manufactured in Europe or the United States may carry a parallel OEM or manufacturer warranty. 3G Electric will assist in coordinating documentation and communication, but the manufacturer may require factory inspection, freight-prepaid returns, or other conditions before approving a remedy.
