About FBR

FBR is a third-generation Italian burner manufacturer (est. 1969) specializing in industrial oil, gas, and dual-fuel combustion systems. The FBR range covers light-oil single-stage models for cast iron boilers, gas train assemblies rated for CE D1/2" to D2" service, and the FGP modular progressive range used in heavy industrial furnaces.

The FBR product line is known for tight thermal-modulation control, IP40/IP54 enclosure variants suitable for high-humidity and variable-ambient installations, and a 60°C max combustion-air-temperature rating that tolerates unconditioned plant rooms without derating. The most-ordered FBR service parts — nozzles (77mm, 100mm, 120mm), preheater coils (30–110 W), fan motors (100 W / 220 W), and photocell/electrode kits — are available for prompt supply so factory lead times don't become downtime for existing installations.

FBR burners are retuned on-site during commissioning to local fuel specifications — regional light-oil viscosity and sulphur profiles vary, and default European-commissioned burners often run rich elsewhere. Our engineers adjust air-damper position, pump pressure, and nozzle sizing as part of the standard commissioning workflow.
