Beckett Tigerloop Twin dual-capacity deaerator and filter system for high-demand commercial fuel applications, engineered to eliminate air contamination and extend equipment life.
Key Features
- Twin-chamber design for doubled capacity on large commercial installations
- Integrated 30-micron spin-on filter reduces element replacement frequency
- Removes up to 95% of entrained air from fuel systems
- Operates at 52.8 GPH maximum nozzle and return flow capacity
- Lowers system vacuum for improved combustion efficiency
- Float-valve vent mechanism automatically opens and seals as needed
- Temperature range: 20°F to 105°F
- Compatible with No. 1 & 2 heating oil and B5 biodiesel fuel
- Reduces flame sputters, lockouts, and flameout incidents
- Minimizes pressurized return line, lowering leak risk
- 1/4-inch NPT female connections for standard piping
- Includes F100-1 spin-on filter; replacement element F100-11 available
- Maximum inlet pressure rating of 8 PSI
