Product Description
Beckett Firomatic fusible fire safety valves automatically shut off fuel oil supply during fires, meeting NFPA 31 code requirements for residential heating systems across multiple temperature and connection configurations.
Key Features
- Automatic fuel shutoff triggered by fusible link activation during fire conditions
- Multiple valve styles: inline, burner angle, and tank-mounted designs for flexible installation
- Heavy-duty brass and bronze construction with high-pressure durability
- Connection options: flared tubing (FPT), ODF, and NPT threads in 1/4" through 1" sizes
- Dual-seal washer and o-ring stem system using Viton® equivalent materials
- Compatible with No. 2 fuel oil, kerosene, and biodiesel up to B20 concentration
- 10 PSI maximum pressure rating
- Temperature ratings: 165°F and 200°F models available
- UL and cULus certified to MH 46634 with UL 842 listing for biodiesel applications
- Flow direction indicator embossed on valve body
- Compliant with NFPA 31 and CSA B139-15 codes for residential installations
