Product Description
Beckett Tigerloop® Bio Oil Deaerator combines single and dual-pipe system benefits to eliminate air, reduce maintenance costs, and improve combustion efficiency in oil heating systems. Works with standard heating oil and biodiesel up to B100.
Key Features
- Removes up to 95% of air and foam from fuel system
- Compatible with heating oil No. 1 & 2 and biodiesel up to B100
- Maximum nozzle capacity of 29.0 GPH
- Operates between 20°F and 105°F
- Reduces operating vacuum and running pressure
- Extends filter element life through lower flow-rate filtration
- Minimizes leak hazards with single-line return design
- Conditions oil for cleaner combustion and reduced deposits
- Decreases burner lockouts, flameouts, and sputtering
- 1/4" NPT female connections with 8 PSI maximum inlet pressure
- Hybrid design combines advantages of single and dual-pipe systems
