Jetoil oil jet nozzle delivers hollow-cone spray patterns at 90° deflection for combustion and cooling applications. Flow range spans 0.65 to 13.00 gph, accommodating diverse industrial heating and lubrication systems requiring precise oil atomization and directional control.

Common applications for Jetoil
Industrial boiler combustion — Jetoil full-cone nozzles in 45° and 60° spray angles rated 5.50 to 22.00 gph for fuel-oil atomization in steam-generation systems.
Heavy-fuel heating equipment — Jetoil nozzles sized 9.00 and above with multiple spray angles for large-capacity furnaces and process-heating applications.
Compact burner retrofits — Jetoil small-flow nozzles (1.35 to 3.25 gph) in 80° angle for tight spaces and low-capacity heating units.
Routine maintenance and repairs — Jetoil nozzle removal tools and plastic storage cases (44-unit capacity) for spare-parts inventory at production plants and service centers.
Fuel-oil system commissioning — Discrete Jetoil nozzle sizes (0.40–35.00 gph range) selected to match calculated burner fuel demand and pressure settings during equipment startup.
