Product Description
Combutech Box COMBU1s is a combustion control unit for industrial burner systems, operating at 230 V ±15% with 50/60 Hz frequency. Features adjustable purge time of 1÷250 s, startup safety delay of 2÷25 s, and maximum output load of 3 A @ 230 V. IP40-rated for boiler room and industrial heating applications.

Flame failure detection — UV1 or UV1p detection cells with CF1 relay module monitor combustion in industrial boilers and process heaters, 10,000+ hour lifespan
Gas burner startup sequencing — COMBU1s control unit manages purge timing (1–250 s), ignition delay, and load switching for multi-burner systems at 230 V ±15%
Pressure vessel monitoring — Low-range COMBUP10 switches (2–10 mbar) provide reliable differential-pressure or air-intake supervision in heating and HVAC plant
Industrial process automation — Flame relay CF1 handles up to 10 simultaneous UV sensors for redundant combustion confirmation in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical processing
Retrofit and maintenance replacement — Standardized 1/4" female thread, DIN connectors, and IP54/IP65 ratings allow drop-in substitution in legacy burner control panels without rewiring
