Terms of Service

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • "3G Electric", "we", "us", "our" — 3G Electric (S) Pte. Ltd. (UEN 200404726K), 20 Woodlands Link #09-05, Singapore 738733.
  • "Customer", "you", "your" — The business entity or individual accessing or using our Platform, purchasing Goods, or engaging our Services.
  • "Platform" — The website at www.3g-electric.com.sg, customer portal, and all associated digital services.
  • "Goods" — Industrial burners, high-pressure pumps, controls, spare parts, and related equipment offered by 3G Electric.
  • "Services" — Installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, inspection, consultation, and any professional services performed by 3G Electric.
  • "Account" — A registered customer profile on the Platform linked to a verified email address.
  • "Order" — A confirmed purchase of Goods and/or Services, whether via quotation acceptance, purchase order, or online checkout.

2. Eligibility & Acceptance

2.1 The Platform is intended for business-to-business (B2B) use. By creating an Account or placing an Order, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are authorised to act on behalf of the business entity you represent.
  • The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2.2 By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing an Order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2.3 We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered Customers of material changes via email.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 You must register for an Account to access quotations, order history, technical documents, and the customer portal. One Account per business entity is permitted unless otherwise authorised.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must notify us immediately at info@3g-electric.com.sg if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Account that violates these Terms, is inactive for more than 24 months, or is associated with fraudulent activity.

4. Quotations, Ordering & Pricing

4.1 Prices displayed on the Platform are indicative and subject to confirmation. All sales are based on formal quotations issued by 3G Electric.

4.2 A quotation constitutes an offer by 3G Electric, valid for the period stated therein (default: 30 days unless specified). Acceptance occurs when you sign or acknowledge the quotation, issue a conforming purchase order, or make payment.

4.3 Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise agreed. All prices are exclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax), customs duties, import taxes, and freight charges unless expressly included.

4.4 We reserve the right to adjust quotation prices in response to exchange rate fluctuations, supplier price changes, or tariff variations that occur between quotation date and order confirmation date.

4.5 Minimum order values or surcharges may apply and will be stated on the quotation.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment is due in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice. Default payment terms are prepayment (cash before delivery) unless a credit account has been approved.

5.2 Credit applications are subject to review. Approved credit terms (Net 30, Net 60, etc.) may be revoked at any time if payment obligations are not met.

5.3 Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (TT), PayNow, credit card via Airwallex, or such other methods as we may offer. All bank charges and transfer fees are borne by the Customer.

5.4 Late payments incur interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. 3G Electric reserves the right to withhold delivery or suspend services on accounts with overdue balances.

5.5 All invoices are payable in the currency stated. Any currency conversion costs or exchange rate differences are borne by the Customer.

6. Delivery & Risk

6.1 Delivery terms are EXW (Ex Works) 3G Electric warehouse, Singapore, per Incoterms 2020, unless otherwise stated on the quotation.

6.2 Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier or collection from our premises, whichever occurs first.

6.3 Lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed. 3G Electric is not liable for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping disruptions, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

6.4 The Customer must inspect all Goods within 7 calendar days of delivery and report any discrepancies, damage, or shortages in writing. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance.

6.5 International shipments: the Customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs brokerage fees, and compliance with local import regulations at the destination country.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Services

8.1 Service engagements (installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, inspection) are subject to a separate service agreement or work order. In the absence of a specific agreement, these Terms apply.

8.2 Service quotations include labour, travel (within Singapore), and standard consumables. Additional parts, overseas travel, and specialist tools are quoted separately.

8.3 Cancellation of a confirmed service booking within 48 hours of the scheduled date may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the quoted labour charges.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the Platform — including text, images, technical drawings, product data, logos, and software — is the property of 3G Electric or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

9.3 Product brand names, model numbers, and technical specifications remain the property of their respective manufacturers. Use of third-party trademarks on the Platform is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3G Electric's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms, any Order, or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to 3G Electric in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10.2 3G Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of data, production downtime, third-party claims, or costs of procuring substitute goods or services.

10.3 The Platform and all materials therein are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Force Majeure

3G Electric shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, sanctions, government actions, power failures, internet outages, supplier failures, shipping disruptions, or labour disputes. In such events, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or commercially sensitive information received from the other party in connection with business dealings, including pricing, technical specifications, and business strategies. This obligation survives termination of the business relationship for a period of 3 years.

13. Export Controls & Sanctions

The Customer agrees to comply with all applicable export control laws and trade sanctions regulations, including those of Singapore, the European Union, and the United States. You shall not export, re-export, or transfer any Goods or technical data received from 3G Electric to any sanctioned country, entity, or individual without the necessary government authorisations.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms through good-faith negotiation.

14.2 If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the SIAC Rules in force at the time. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

14.3 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.

16. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with all policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3G Electric regarding your use of the Platform. Any prior agreements or representations are superseded.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. 3G Electric may assign its rights to any affiliate or successor.

Notices: Notices to 3G Electric should be sent to info@3g-electric.com.sg. Notices to the Customer will be sent to the email address registered on the Account.
